Panic! at the Disco was an American pop rock band formed in Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2004 by high school friends Ryan Ross (guitar, vocals) and Spencer Smith (drums), who recruited classmates Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar) and Brent Wilson (bass).
